What once worked doesn’t in the same way.
You might be wondering if there’s another way.
One that doesn’t involve labels, shame, or losing yourself.
One that feels supportive, grounded, and true.

Midlife is a powerful threshold — a chance to rewrite the rules and reclaim your joy. Maybe being happy and alcohol-free feels out of reach, like something other people manage but not you. I get it — I’ve been there.
But here’s the truth: you can thrive. You can feel grounded, radiant, and free.
Now is the time to call BS on old stories and honour this chapter as the one where you rise — on your terms, in your rhythm, for your health, your magic, and your future.

The Sessions
Throughout our time together we will meet weekly for three months and we will:
Meet where you are at. We begin by taking a midlife audit to establish where you are at right now - holistically - hormones, stress, habits, hopes, challenges and get clear on what your goals are for this season of your life.
Gather the wisdom: Gain information about hormones, health and food/mood to support menopause transition.
Set Intentions: Clarify your desires and aspirations, and plant the seeds for transformation
Release: Let go of what no longer serves you. Identify and let go of limiting beliefs, old patterns, and stagnant energy to create space for healing and expansion in your life.
Take Action: You will be inspired to take inspired action towards your goals for this next stage of life.
Build Momentum: Consistency and accountability is key. We will build on the inspired action you have been taking to build more momentum towards your beautiful vision and goals as you become your Queenage Self.
Reflection: Throughout our journey we will reflect on your growth, celebrate your achievements, and continue to set intentions for continued evolution.


What a Session Looks Like
This is not talk-only coaching.
Sessions focus on nervous system regulation, habit change, and embodied recovery — because cravings and stress patterns live in the body, not just the mind.
Each session begins with simple somatic practices using breath and body awareness to support regulation and create internal safety. This allows change to happen at a deeper, more sustainable level.
Coaching tools, guided visualisation, journaling, and clear psychoeducation are then integrated. I draw on habit change theory, positive psychology, and hormone and nervous system education to support practical change in everyday life.
Sessions are personalised, responsive, and paced to your capacity, supporting clarity, stability, and long-term recovery.
Coaching Sessions can take place in person in West Sussex or online via Zoom.
